After wrapping up a whirlwind of photography and editing gigs, cousins and professional photographers Christopher Yoshito and Georgio Sabino III are taking a well-earned break in one of Atlanta’s most vibrant and artistic neighborhoods — Virginia Highlands. Representing the creative force behind “Atlanta Photographers,” the duo is celebrating not only their recent projects but also the clients and family who make it all worthwhile.
“After long nights editing and globe-trotting with our cameras, it feels amazing to just pause, enjoy good food, and reflect,” says Sabino. “And what better place than the Virginia Highlands!”
Virginia Highlands is a beloved Atlanta gem, known for its historic homes, eclectic restaurants, art-friendly vibe, and charming tree-lined streets. Yoshito recently returned from a European journey capturing the essence of Madrid and Barcelona in Spain, the rich art and architecture of Florence and Bologna in Italy, the industrial-meets-modern aesthetic of Düsseldorf, Germany, and the vibrant canals and street scenes of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Meanwhile, Sabino has been working with clients in Paris, France, and across Tanzania — from the picturesque shores of Coco Beach in Dar es Salaam to the lush landscapes of Morogoro and the historic coastal town of Bagamoyo.
“It’s a blessing to travel the world and do what we love,” says Yoshito. “But it’s even better to come home and share those stories with our Atlanta family.”
